Passenger Information

Domestic Airport Arrivals

• For domestic airport arrivals, we will arrive at the scheduled time, please notify us of any flight delays and cancellations as soon as possible, we will also monitor your flight for delays and cancellations to the best of our ability and work to reschedule your pickup to meet you within 30 minutes of your arrival to accommodate for time it takes to deplane the aircraft and retrieve your luggage.
• For domestic arrivals, we will meet our clients either by the luggage carousal or meeting area A, B or C depending on your flight gate.

International Airport Arrivals

• For international arrivals, we will meet you after you clear the customs area and pickup your luggage, then exit past the customs counter through the secure doors to the meeting area D. We will meet you in meeting area D, by the restaurant Bistro on the Bow after you exit the secure doors and proceed down a walkway where we will be holding a iPhone or iPad sign with your booking’s name on it! Domestic Arrival We see your flight has arrived, we estimate it will take you up to 20 
• We will attempt to reach you upon arrival via your provided contact information, i.e. text, phone, or email.
• We will also be holding a sign such as a Paper/iPhone/iPad with your name on it.

For pickups at hotels and other locations

• We will attempt to reach you upon arrival via your provided contact information, i.e. text, phone, or email and greet you at the entrance.

• Calgary Airport Authority Arrival fee: Sedan fee of $12.65 or Minivan/SUV fee of $25.20

Exclusions

• Gratuity is not included in the fare (Optional), but we do encourage it if you happy with your drivers services, and CAD or USD dollars are welcomed.
• If you are entering Banff National Park, there is an entry fee of $11.00 fee per person per day or a fee of $22.00 for Family/Group per day at the gate just after the City of Canmore highway exits. (The Town of Banff and Lake Louise are in the Banff National Park). Also, they do offer an age of 65 or older seniors discount as well, please let them know when purchasing.
• Child Car Seat (Required by Alberta law for children up to 6 years or up to 40 lbs.) You can supply your own or it is available for an additional $35 cleaning fee per trip upon request

Other Information

• If your are travelling to Banff or Lake Louise, please be sure you have obtained a National Park Pass with your itinerary, if you haven’t obtained one yet, this can be obtained at the Banff National Park Gate by Canmore while on the way to your destination. Please check your travel itinerary, hotel, or with your travel agent to determine if you have paid these fees already. IMPORTANT: Canada Strong Pass (National Park Pass)

• The Canada Strong Pass is not a physical pass that you need to purchase, sign up for, or collect. Simply visit any participating Parks Canada site, museum, gallery, or VIA Rail to benefit from free admissions or discounts.
• Parks Canada Discovery Passes already purchased and valid for the months of December 12, 2025, to January 15, 2026, and then again for Summer 2026, it is already likely you will receive a refund, please contact Parks Canada within Canada and United States:1-888-773-8888 and Outside North America:1-819-420-9486
• This does not include provincial, municipal and private parks.
